Since coming to China - Chengdu especially - hotpot has become a big part of life🌶️.

As someome who wasn’t sure about their spice tolerance I was a bit nervous, but I’ve grown to love it!

Even more than the taste - it’s really about the time it takes, conversations had, and experience of cooking the food yourself.

I especially like 毛肚, which is NECESSARY to start with.
