(3) Talents holding senior worker or above qualification certificates.
Persons holding a national vocational qualification certificate of senior worker (Level 3) or above in the skill category issued by the human resources and social security department of Shenzhen City, or a vocational skill level certificate of senior worker (Level 3) or above issued by a market evaluation entity that has been filed with the human resources and social security department of our city (including third-party evaluations conducted in our city by third parties filed in Guangdong Province).
(4) Qualifications for recognizing International students.
Persons who have obtained the qualification of overseas study personnel certified by the Ministry of Education's Overseas Study Service Center.
